ShiftOS is a game currently being developed by Philip Adams. Development started in late 2013 and was made in Visual Basic.NET so you need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 installed on your computer before you can play it. ShiftOS is a game based on a operating system on your computer called "ShiftOS" being randomly installed and you get a complete command line interface. The whole objective is to take it from a extremely simple OS to a completely modern OS, by upgrading and customizing your OS step by step. Each Update uses up something called "Code Points" (referred as "CP" in the Game in some places), which you can earn in the OS itself. However, development is progressing slowly as Philip's full time job working in a day-care center takes up all his time forcing him to spend his holidays away from work developing ShiftOS. | |||
